DESCRIPTION
 
- DALTONMAT-EX(40A) is a new generation additives which performs extremely well with portland cement of various types.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
 
- Flow able and pump able concrete.
- Specific extremely high early strength concrete (after only 24h.)
- Producing precast concrete required very special high performance
 
 
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
 
- DALTONMAT-EX(40A) is available to be used in a range of 400-600 c.c per 100 kg of cement for conventional type of concrete depending on detailed requirements, more dosage rate of up to 1000 c.c per 100 kg of cement can be applied if extremely higher early plus much higher ultimate strength are required.
 
PACKAGING
 
- DALTONMAT-EX(40A) is supplied in 200 litres drum and bulk.

DISPENSING
 
DALTONMAT-EX(40A) admixture can be dispensed effectively with the sophisticated devices. An accurate dipenser is available to be used.
 
CURING
 
- Protect concrete after placing by moisture cunring, alternatively use damp burlap, polyethylene sheeting or water-based curing compound. Excessive heat and/or wind could cause premature surface drying and result in cracking.
 
 
NOTICE
 
- Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and user alone assumes all risks and liability.
- Do not mix the concrete mixture used DALTONMAT-EX(40A) by any manual way for not being homogenuous.
- Take refference from the techinical department of manufacturer or distributor for the best application.
