Placc-02A Water - reducing and retarding concrete admixture

Placc-02A is a water-reducing and retarding admixture for concrete based on Portland cement.
Placc-02A is produced in liquid form, chloride free.

Standard	Conforms to ASTM-C-494 type B&D.
Advantages	Plasticizes concrete mixture: Double or triple value of slump could be achieved without risk of segregation or bleeding when maintaining the mixing water content. Controls slump loss. Remarkably increased working time at elevated temperature. Reduces mixing water: Up to 12% of water reduction. Improves early and ultimate strength of concrete. Eliminates thermal cracks on concrete surface caused by heating of cement hydration. Makes concrete dense, impermeable and more durable. Does not attack steel-reinforcement.
Field of application	Ready-mixed concrete, pre-cast concrete elements. Concrete products in hot climate. Massive concrete and hydro-engineering concrete. High quality concrete required getting high slump.

Application Typical dosage	Put a PLACC-02A content as needed into gauging water before following conventional manners. 0.25 - 0.30 lt. per 100kg of cement for normal concrete. 0.30 - 0.50 ltr per 100kg of cement for concrete required getting high strength and retarding set.

Storage Shelf-life	Keep in cool dry places. 24 months when unopened.
