RCC - VG Set retarding admixture for RCC

Rcc - vg is a set retarding water reducing admixture for roller compacted concrete.
Rcc - vg is chloride free retarder based on Oligosacharide.

Standard	RCC - VG conforms with ASTM C 494 Type B and D.
Advantages	Extends working time of concrete mixture. The higher its dosage, the longer the setting time of concrete will be. Improves the workability of concrete. Reduces the mixing water. Enhances strength and durability of concrete.
Field of application	Roller compacted concrete. Ready mixed concrete, especially in hot climate. Precast concrete elements. Massive concrete and hydroengineering concrete. Other high performance concrete.
Technical data Color Density Packaging Ingredient	Dark brown liquid 1,25 ± 0,05 g/cm³ 200 ltr/drum Mixture of specific organic substances.
Application Typical dosage	Adding the amount of admixture into mixing water and following the conventional procedure. 0.5 - 5.0 litre per 100 kgs of cementitious material. The optimum amount of admixture should be determined by experiment.
*Note*	It should be mixed by a good mechanic mixer for achieving a optimum homogenous mixture. Do not mix by hands.
Storage Shelf-life	The admixture should be kept in cool places. 12 months when unopened.
